Our team of experts will provide you with all the ingredients you need to help you to get results to stay on track with your healthy lifestyle resolutions.

Induction, fitness level Assesment & Programme: As a new member you receive a 45 minute induction, which includes a fitness assessment and customized fitness programing. Depending on your needs, we can recommend programs to lose weight, get fit for sport, build cardio fitness, strengthen muscles, build heart health or even get fit for the first time. Your fitness instructor works with you to assess which program best suits your needs, and then provides a hands-on demonstration of how the exercises and equipment works.

Free Health Assesment: We provide free health checks so you can keep track of improvements in your health such as, resting heart rate, metabolic rate and body fat percentage.

We are There: If you’re ever unsure about how to use the equipment or need help with an exercise, our friendly fitness team are always on hand. There’s a qualified fitness professional available on the gym floor at all times to help out.
