Core Strenghtning Training A specificially designed core-strength exercises to tone your core muscles, including abs, back and pelvis. A strong core is essential to correctly perform strength training exercises, to lift a Optimum amount of weight and to reduce your risk of injuries.

Body Blast A body blast is the toning class which focuses on whole body toning where Body weight is the chief source of resistance. A short warm up is followed by floor work and resistance exercises to tone and shape the body.
